MEET THE TEAM
ZAC
Zac is the Co-Founder and Creative Director here at Flash Marketing Agency – which means he’s basically the guy that makes it all happen. All day, every day he’s behind his computer cooking up the latest, freshest, and most creative content there is!
Outside of being a creative, Zac is also a big foodie, he LOVES the Philadelphia Eagles, and he spends most of his free time with his Siamese cat.
MICHAEL
Michael is the Co-Founder and CEO here at Flash Marketing Agency – he’s the leader of our pack. Michael’s a real people person, so most days you’ll find him outside of the office meeting with clients and partners, or networking. Pretty much anything that involves NOT being behind a desk, Michael loves to do.
Michael recently married his high-school sweetheart, and they have a dog named Kudi together. When he’s not busy being the face of Flash Marketing, he’s probably playing video games or rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.
Caroline
Caroline is our Content Manager. With 26K followers across all platforms, she has her finger on the pulse of the latest trends and knows what it takes to build a community online.
Outside of work, she remains a true lover of the arts. When she’s not editing videos, you can find her making illustrations and animations on her iPad, or editing silly content for her personal social media accounts.
Estefania
Estefania is our Social Media Manager. She brings a wealth of creative experience to the table through her work in film, production, and social media content creation.
Estefania has many passions, including traveling, fashion, dancing, and music. You can find her at your nearest tea shop listening to Enhypen and scrolling through Pinterest looking for her next outfit inspiration.
KUDI
Everybody’s favorite employee, Kudi. She’s currently the head of security – keeping our premises safe at all times. Most of her days consist of sleeping, chewing bones, and barking at anything and anyone that makes noise.

What We Do
Social Media Management
We help businesses go viral on social media with our done-for-you video content creation model. That means that we come up with ideas, visit our clients in person to record all the content, do all the editing in-house, and post and manage the accounts for our clients. Our clients have no responsibility (unless they’d prefer to) to come up with their own ideas or send us anything!
Google and Meta Ads
We create and execute robust advertising strategies from top to bottom. Conversion to us means the lead pays you money.
CONTENT CREATION
Our team’s understanding of the algorithm allows us to create appealing content that generates views and engagement. All content shoots are done together in person.
